The following information will help you understand these choices better. Feel free to contact us if you would like help or advice when deciding the best way to decorate your apparel.

 1. Embroidery

Embroidery is is a great choice for decorating your garments.  It will last as long or lo149nger than the original garment and presents a professional look.  It is ideal on polo shirts, dress shirts, uniforms, jackets, caps, beanies, team apparel, towels, robes and a wide assortment of sports accessories.

It is best for pocket size logos on tops such as polos, business shirts, hoodies and jackets.  The logo and set up price depends upon how complex your logo is.  If you would like to email us your logo we will be happy to give you an exact price.

2. Heatseal Vinyl

Heatseal vinyl is the best option for sportswear and workwear when you have a logo with block colours. The logo is usually text or silhouette shapes without any fine detail or small text. Two or three colours are possible, depending on your design. If you are after a large logo or text, up to 28cm wide, heatseal vinyl is the best choice.

To create the heatseal, a machine cuts shapes and letters out o209af sheets of vinyl. These hard-wearing vinyls look and feel great and will last many years with normal wear and washing conditions.

How it works

3. Digital Transfer

Digital Transfer is the best option for printing a full colour logo or picture. The selected design is printed onto transfer paper, then transferred onto the garment using a heat press. You can use digital transfers on almost all fabrics. The quality of print depends upon the quality of images.

4. Screen Printing

Screen printing is the best option for orders over 50 that don’t need a complex or photo image. It’s not ideal for photos or full colour logos. Multi-colour prints have higher set-up costs and higher printing costs. The minimum order for screen printing is 50 items.
